We are seeking a Platform Support Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to support clients in the integration journey with our platform through OCPI (Open Charge Point Interface). The ideal candidate will have a background in working with tech companies and exposure to APIs. Experience in the EV industry is a huge plus but not mandatory. Experience with issue tracking systems. This role offers a significant opportunity to work in the booming EV sector.
● Technical Support - Provide expert technical support to clients during OCPI platform integration.
● Issue Resolution - Troubleshoot and resolve platform integration and functionality issues effectively.
● API Guidance - Assist clients in understanding and using APIs for seamless integration with Ionage's platform.
●Collaboration - Work closely with the development team to address and resolve technical challenges.
● Documentation - Record and communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to clients and internal teams.
● Client Satisfaction - Maintain positive client relationships through high-quality support.
● Industry Knowledge - Stay updated on OCPI and related technology developments to enhance support expertise.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or similar role within a tech company.
