Role Overview

‍We are seeking a motivated and talented Android Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Android Developer at Ionage, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using modern Android technologies. You will work closely with our design and product teams to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring that our applications are user-friendly, performant, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

● Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with teams to define, design, and release new Android application features.

● Code Quality and Maintenance - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Android SDK and Jetpack libraries.

● Modern UI Development - Use Jetpack Compose to create responsive, modern UI components for Android.

● Performance Optimization  - Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness across diverse Android devices.

● Bug Resolution - Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, enhancing application efficiency.

● Code Quality and CI - Maintain code organization and quality, supporting continuous integration workflows.

● Team Collaboration - Participate in code reviews, promoting a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

●Foundational 1-2 years of experience in Android development, including a strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and Jetpack Compose.
